Livestock

This is one area of homesteading that we have absolutely no expertise in whatsoever! We are reading all we can but haven’t had any person experience – yet. We plan on having chickens on our homestead and maybe a couple cows. Until then, we can’t really advise anyone on this area. If I get any good recommendations for sites that are strictly about livestock, I will add them here. When we have some experience under our belts, we will write some articles. Until then, the General Homesteading section has lots of great sites that have lots of great info on livestock.
