The Conservative Lists is a family run business. She does the research and content generation. He does the technical computer geeky stuff. Riley even contributes with his Lego ideas.
Becky is an incredible stay at home mom. In spite of severe chronic health issues, she has managed to homeschool Riley through high school. Also, her chronic health issues have prompted her to do lots of research on health. It didn’t take long to realize the risks and problems associate with the current western medical system. From there she sought out naturopathic/holistic practitioners to treat her health issues as well as do her own research on natural/holistic health and healing as well as nutrition. Then the 2020 election, COVID and the many fallacies that came out of that prompted her to action. She joined various social media platforms and created various groups where she first promoted conservative causes. These mostly covered health and political issues in nature. In the middle of all of this, realizing that it was somewhat difficult to find resources for help with the various issues, and realizing that much of the research she had already done might be useful to others, she came up with the idea to build a website dedicated to consolidating resources to help people learn about all things conservative. Thus, TheConservativeLists.com was born. Unfortunately, due to the struggles with her health, it took years to build the site, but at long last…here it is. Becky loves holidays, Disney (here’s hoping they become the company we hope for again someday), Gilmore Girls, reading, baking, gardening and all things natural health and homesteading.
Owen is an awesome husband and father. He previously worked in the tech industry for over 25 years. Some of that experience involved computers and programming, but nothing involving website creation or design. So when Becky came up with the idea for theconservativelists.com, he spent some of his spare time watching how to videos and internet research on website building. Slowly the website came to where it is now. Owen loves bike riding (even though he hasn’t gotten to do it in years), cars and all things stereo equipment and what comes with that!
Riley is an amazing teenager. He was 100% homeschooled where he flourished. By the age of 14 he had graduated high school. Since then he has been self learning Java in preparation for a career as a software or game developer. As a hobby, he has always loved building with Legos and now is putting his talent to use by creating simple new Lego builds and selling the instructions.
